About Autoclaim Warranty Service

Donna Andrews has had an interest in auto mechanics since childhood. She completed a year's hands on study in auto mechanics at Clarence High School and began working in the automotive dealer industry in 1973. She worked in different areas including used car reconditioning and the parts department.

A passion to work with people in a way that would improve their lives led Donna to earn an AAS degree in Occupational Therapy. She worked in the field of geriatrics for 5 years in Dunkirk NY.

A move back to Clarence in 1982 changed Donna's direction back to the automotive field where through the help of the NFADA she was hired as a service advisor for Sweeney Chevrolet and later found her niche in GM warranty administration.

Combining her training skills with warranty administration knowledge, a warranty consulting business emerged. Auto Claim Warranty Service was founded in 2003 and incorporated as Auto Claim Inc November 2010.

Auto Claim Inc. offers friendly training to help improve warranty documentation through e-mail alerts, on site training and on the job communication as issues come up. Our claims processing service collects every allowable warranty credit and our training concentrates on documentation compliance with GM policies and procedures.

We offer a variety of services to meet a dealerships unique needs, including warranty claims compliance reviews, add credit collection for administrative allowances not applied for, warranty schedule reconciliation, temporary warranty administration fill in, in house training including technician, service advisor and warranty administration training.
